Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of Quicky.Page (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service
Quicky.Page lets you publish a single web page anonymously by typing or pasting content into an editor and clicking Publish. The core publishing, editing, sharing, and reading of pages are provided free of charge. Optional paid upgrades — see Payments & refunds below — extend specific pages with additional features. The Service is provided without warranty, on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features at any time.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant Quicky.Page a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service (including caching, generating share-preview metadata, and serving your page to readers). This license ends when you delete the page (or it is removed under the abuse policy).
Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to publish, host, or transmit:
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secret, etc.).
- Content that is illegal under applicable law in the jurisdictions you operate in or target.
- Sexual content involving minors, content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, content created to harass or threaten an identifiable person, or content advocating violence against a protected class.
- Phishing pages, malware, credential harvesters, fake support / fake exchange / fake giveaway scams, or any deceptive impersonation.
- Doxxing or unauthorized publication of private personal information.
- Content that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.
- Spam, automated bulk publishing for SEO manipulation, or gateway pages for affiliate / cloaking abuse.
- Any attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the AI endpoints, or extract credentials / data from the Service.
AI features
The “Shape”, “Generate”, and “Rewrite” features call Anthropic's Claude API on your behalf. AI output is probabilistic and may be wrong, biased, or fabricated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before publishing it. You will not use the AI features to produce content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy; we mirror that policy here.
Rate limits
Quicky.Page enforces per-IP quotas on the publish, AI, and upload endpoints to keep the Service available. Limits may change without notice. Excessive or automated abuse may be rate-limited at the infrastructure layer, blocked, or referred to upstream providers.
Takedown
We may remove any content, with or without notice, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or that is the subject of a credible third-party complaint (including a DMCA notice). See Report abuse for the reporting process.
No accounts, no recovery
Quicky.Page does not have user accounts. The 24-character edit key returned at publish time is the only credential. If you lose it, edit access to that page is permanently lost — we cannot recover it.
Public API
The endpoints under /api/v1/* may be called anonymously. Calling them constitutes acceptance of these Terms, even from a script, agent, or automation that did not visit the web UI. The same Acceptable Use rules apply.
Payments and refunds
Paid upgrades (currently: the per-page Custom URL upgrade) are processed by Stripe and billed in US Dollars unless your Stripe checkout displays a different currency. Each upgrade is a one-time, non-refundable purchase attached to the specific page you bought it for, and applies for the lifetime of that page. Limited exceptions for duplicate charges, undelivered upgrades, and unauthorized transactions are described in the Refund policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKY.PAGE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quicky.Page and its operators from any third-party claim arising out of content you publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
