Refund policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026.
Quicky.Page is mostly free to use. The publishing canvas, editing, sharing, and reading of pages do not require payment. This policy covers the limited set of paid upgrades we sell, and explains when refunds are and are not available.
What we sell
Today, the only paid product is the Pro page upgrade for a single Quicky.Page page:
- Pro page — a one-time payment (currently USD $5.00) that bundles two Pro features for the page you purchase it on:
- Custom URL.Replace the page's auto-generated ID in its URL with a memorable slug of your choosing (e.g.
quicky.page/your-name). - Password protection. Gate the page behind a password so only people you give it to can view the content. The upgrade also lets you mint shareable auto-unlock links for one-tap recipient access.
- Custom URL.Replace the page's auto-generated ID in its URL with a memorable slug of your choosing (e.g.
We may add additional paid upgrades in the future. Each will be priced clearly at the point of purchase, and this policy will apply to all of them unless an upgrade's own checkout explicitly says otherwise.
General policy: purchases are final
Paid upgrades are one-time and non-refundable. The upgrade is delivered immediately upon successful payment, and the value (a custom URL bound to your page) begins accruing the moment the entitlement is granted. Because the product is digital, non-returnable, and consumed on delivery, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, change of plans, or no longer needing the page.
You will see the “one-time purchase, non-refundable” notice at the point of purchase, before you are taken to checkout. Completing checkout constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Exceptions: when we will refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental double-charge. If our system charges you twice for the same upgrade on the same page due to a technical failure, the duplicate charge is refunded.
- Service not delivered. If you complete payment but the upgrade is not granted to your page within a reasonable window due to a fault on our side, and we cannot restore it within seven (7) days of your request, the purchase is refunded.
- Unauthorized charge. If a charge was made on your payment method without your authorization (account compromise, stolen card, etc.), we will refund the charge upon verification.
- Statutory rights. Where applicable law in your jurisdiction provides you with a non-waivable right of refund or withdrawal (for example, certain consumer-protection regimes), we will honor that right.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@quicky.page within thirty (30) days of the charge with:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- The Stripe receipt number from your confirmation email, or the page URL the upgrade was applied to.
- A brief description of which exception above applies.
We aim to respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a refund is granted
When a refund is issued — whether by us under an exception above, by Stripe, or as the result of a successful chargeback — the following happens automatically on your page:
- The custom URL slug is released back to the public namespace.
- The page's public URL reverts to its auto-generated id.
- Any password protection on the page is cleared, and any outstanding share-link unlocks are invalidated.
- If the page was password-protected at the time of refund, it is automatically unpublished. This is a deliberate safety measure: when the upgrade that gated the page is revoked, we don't want previously private content to become publicly visible. You can republish the page from the editor at any time after the refund settles.
- The page itself, its content, and your account remain intact.
If you later wish to re-acquire the upgrade, you may purchase a new one, subject to the slug still being available (someone else may have claimed it in the interim).
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@quicky.page— most issues are resolved faster directly with us than through a card-network dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of your account and revocation of any active entitlements pending dispute resolution. We respond to all chargeback disputes through Stripe's dispute process using this policy and our Terms of Service as evidence.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless your Stripe checkout displays a different currency through adaptive pricing. Local taxes, currency conversion fees, and card-issuer fees are determined by your bank or card network and are not refundable by us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the most recent change. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase, even if we later change the policy for future purchases.
